Specifics regarding tickets to MatchPoints 2021 in a covid-19 scenario

Since we are closely following the guidelines of the Danish government, we may have to adjust the amount of guests allowed to participate in person at the conference in the time leading up to the conference. We have currently set the maximum amount of in-person guests as low as possible, so as to ensure that everyone who signs up the conference will have the possibility to participate, but we hope to gradually increase this number. If you experience any issues during registration, such as being unable to select your preferred days or activities, please do not hesitate to contact us tojf@au.dk, to be added to the waiting list or receive more information about possible open seats

Due to covid-19, the organizers have chosen to convert all physical registrations to virtual registrations if the physical parts of the conference is cancelled due to covid-19 regulations.

Further, until May 1, you can convert your virtual registration to a physical registration or vice versa without any additional fees.
